Storage
❐ Put the appliance back into its storage position only once it has completely cooled
and it has been emptied of water.
❐ Do not expose the steam mop to extreme sunlight or weather conditions such as
rain, frost etc.
❐ Store the appliance in a dry, cool room.
Troubleshooting
Problem Possible Cause Solution
No steam emerging. • The appliance is not connected
to a mains socket.
• The appliance has not yet
reached the operating
temperature.
• The appliance is not switched
on.
• The pump is deactivated
because the appliance is in a
vertical position.
• The water reservoir is empty.
• Check whether the appliance is
connected to an earthed mains
socket that corresponds to the
technical data of the appliance
(see the "Technical Data"
section).
• The appliance needs to heat up
for around 60 seconds before
the steam can emerge.
• Switch on the appliance by
turning the On/Off switch to
the I position.
• Grab the handle of the
appliance and point it toward
the fl oor until you hear a
pumping noise.
• Fill the water reservoir (see
the "Use" section).
Water emerges
instead of steam.
Formation of condensation. After a longer period of non-use
or after the initial startup, water
instead of steam may emerge
from the cleaning nozzle. If this
circumstance does not solve itself
within a short period of time,
please contact the customer
service department (see the
"Customer Service" section).
