Remedying errors / disturbances
Problem Possible Cause Solution
No steam is being
emitted.
Steam cleaner is not on
or not connected to a
socket.
Check to see if the device
has been connected to
a socket and that it is
turned on.
The device has not
warmed up yet.
The steam cleaner must
warm up for 30 seconds
before it begins to emit
steam.
The water tank is empty.
Fill up the water tank as
described under „Refilling
the steam cleaner with
water“.
