To install a multi-tank group, read the following instructions:
1. Make wiring connections.
a. Determine which control board is the master controller and
connect all required control inputs to that board by following
the instructions in this manual beginning on Page 10.
b. Wire all control boards of the multi-tank group together using
UXJTUFEQBJSXJSF$POOFDUUIF-PO5BML¥+"QJOTGSPNCPBSE
to board and then connect the LonTalk/J4:B pins from board
to board. See the “LonTalk Connections A and B” in Figure
11-1 on Page 11.
Note: LonTalk connections are only internal to the multi-tank
system and are not interoperable with a building management
system.
c. Connect the Vapor-logic

keypad to one of the control boards
in the multi-tank group.
2. Turn on the power. Your multi-tank group is ready to operate.
Note: Multi-tank groups are configured at the factory where
tanks are assigned names and priority groups. If you are
installing tanks into a multi-tank group not configured at the
factory, see Page 48.
