AND GTS-DI HUMIDIFIERS
GTS Gas-to-Steam
Humidifier
This humidifier is designed to be
used with either softened or
unsoftened water. (Softening is
recommended to reduce need for
cleaning.) The probe-type level
control system requires water
conductivity of 100 micromhos/cm,
this translates to about 2 grains/gal
minimum to function, and therefore
will not operate on water treated by
reverse osmosis or deionization.
However, GTS humidifiers are
available for use with these water
types. The standard humidifier can
be converted in the field to a dem-
ineralized model. See below.

GTS-DI Option
For use with deionized or reverse
osmosis water. This unit produces
chemical-free steam and reliable,
accurate humidification control. It
is virtually maintenance-free, with
no wasted water, heat, or downtime.
The DI unit uses a float valve to
control water levels.
