Policies and Procedures: Parking
Parking Registration Forms
For security purposes, all vehicles parked on the premises must be registered with the parking
office. Vehicles not properly registered will be subject to suspension of parking privileges. Each employee
must have his/her car on file with the Parking Office located in PS 4, ground level.
Standard Parking has been contracted to manage all the parking structures at Warner Center. The Parking
Manager’s office is located on the ground level of Parking Structure 4. The office hours are from 8:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Any concerns regarding parking should be directed to the on-site
Parking Manager. Please refer to your lease for Parking Rules and Regulations.
Monthly Parking
Upon receipt of all necessary paperwork, monthly parkers will be issued a parking card, which may be used
to activate ingress/egress to your assigned parking structure. There is a thirty-two ($32.00) parking card
activation fee per card.

Overnight Parking
WE DO NOT PROMOTE OR ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY FOR VEHICLES ON PREMISES AFTER HOURS.
Restricted Parking
As indicated by posted signs, short-term parking is available. These areas are intended exclusively for
short-term visitors to Warner Center Towers. All violators of this policy will be towed in accordance with
State of California Vehicle code, Section 22658. Furthermore, all handicapped parking will be vigorously
enforced. All cars not displaying a handicapped placard will be cited and/or towed by the city. This has
been coordinated with the LAPD and the Los Angeles City Department of Transportation. All applicable
fines must be paid by the vehicle’s owner prior to its release.
On-Site Maintenance/Work on Vehicle
Management does not allow any work to be performed on vehicles in our Parking Structures. This includes
vehicle phone installations, car detailing/washing, repair, alarm installations, etc. Please be sure your
employees clearly understand this policy.
