damage to property in any way resulting from willful or negligent acts or omission of moving company, its
agents, employees or representative or subcontractors. The moving company shall be responsible for all
damages and losses sustained by them to their tools and equipment utilized in the performance of all work
thereunder.
The moving company is hereby required to make arrangements to provide Landlord with a current
certificate of insurance, not later than 48 hours before the move takes place.

Please be advised that prior to any work, services or deliveries to the above referenced buildings, we
require each and every vendor to submit a Certificate of Insurance for General Liability, Workers
Compensation and Automobile Liability (if applicable) coverage.
DOUGLAS EMMETT 2000, owner of the subject buildings, should be named as the Certificate Holder and
Douglas Emmett 2000, d.b.a. Warner Center Towers and Douglas Emmett, as agent, should be added as
Additional Insured, with respects to all property owned by Douglas Emmett 2000, d.b.a. Warner Center
Towers, located in Woodland Hills, CA 91367.

The required coverage limits are specified as follows:
General Liability: Minimum requirements are $2,000,000 combined single limit or dual limits of:
B.I. (Bodily Injury) $2,000,000 each occurrence/$2,000,000 aggregate; and P.D. (Property Damage)
$2,000,000 each occurrence/$2,000,000 aggregate.
Automobile Liability: Minimum requirements are $2,000,000 combined single limit or dual limits of: B.I.
(Bodily Injury) $2,000,000 each person/$2,000,000 each accident; and P.D. (Property damage) $2,000,000
each accident.
Workers Compensation: Statutory Amount of $2,000,000 whichever is greater.
The requested Certificate of Insurance must be forwarded to the following address prior to accessing the
Subject building:
