Building Amenities: Conference Room
A General Conference Room is available for the use of our Tenants. Our General Conference Room is
located on the 3rd floor of 21800 Oxnard Street and will accommodate up to 50 people. The room is
currently equipped with a telephone, high- speed internet access, conference tables, chairs, TV, VCR, and
dry erase board.
Please reserve your required dates with our office in advance by contacting the Office of the Building at
818-593-6177. The charge is $100 for up to four hours (half day), or $200.00 for five to eight hours (full
day).
