Building Security: Property Removal
Anyone removing personal/company property from your office will be required to complete the Property
Removal Form, filled out with description of property being removed and signed by an authorized signature
from your company. Tenants may make photocopies of this form. Please be aware that our security
officers are instructed not to allow anyone to leave the Premises with property unless they have this form
with them. To eliminate after hour/weekend problems, be sure copies of the Property Removal Forms are
kept within your office. It is your responsibility to give your employees this written permission to remove
property and insure that all employees are aware of this procedure.
