It is possible to configure options such as rejoin, removal of children in the leave request.
4.5 Network Link Status Frame
NWK link status frames are sent by routers and coordinator so that neighboring nodes can maintain information on the
link costs required for routing.
Link Status frames are periodically transmitted as one-hop broadcasts. The Link Status list contains the short address
and link cost information of all neighboring nodes as shown in Figure 4-12.
