NOTE: Use parts from “Detailed Diagram of Glass Panel Components” for the Stationary

Glass assembly and installation.

2. Measure the actual width of your stationary

glass panel.

NOTE: You will be doing straight cuts for

this stationary panel installation.

*It may be necessary to remove any

burrs from the cut end of the U-channels

with a metal file before placing the U-

channel onto the glass.

Use a miter saw to rough cut the

U-channel 2 (44”, bottom profile) (29) to

the actual width of the glass (+) 1”.
