Always Forward allows you to set the account number to which all incoming calls are to be forwarded.
This function requires you to input the following:
z Number: The phone number to forward all incoming calls.
z Account: This refers to the SIP account number.
Use the soft key to delete, clear, and save entries or to go back the previous menu.
Once you have completed “Number” and “Account” settings, using “Edit” to enable “Always Forward”.

Busy Forward allows you to set the account number to which incoming calls are to be forwarded when
the line is busy. This function requires you to input the following:
z Number: The phone number to forward incoming calls.
z Account: This refers to the SIP account number.
Use the soft key to delete, clear, and save entries or to go back the previous menu.
Once you have completed “Number” and “Account” settings, using “Edit” to enable “Busy Forward”.

No Answer Forward allows you to forward the phone number and a specific SIP account when no
answered for a period of time. This function requires you to input the following:
z Number: The phone number to forward incoming calls.
z Account: This refers to the SIP account number.
z Timeout: This refers to a period of time (10 sec ~ 50 sec) without answering the call.
Use the soft key to delete, clear, edit and save entries or to go back the previous menu.
Once you have completed “Number”, “Account”, and “Timeout” settings, using “Edit” to enable “No
Answer Forward”.
