The phone book feature enables you to view and create entries for your contacts and edit their contact
information.
NOTE: The lists are stored from the newest to oldest entries. The oldest entries are deleted as new
entries are added. The maximum entry for each item is 200 records.

To create a new entry, follow the steps below:
1. Press New.
2. Type the name of the new contact.
3. Input the number of the new contact.
4. Press navigation down key to input Domain address or press Edit to choose Domain of the contact’s
IP address.
5. Press the Save soft key to save the new contact’s information.
NOTE: There are three options in “Domain” field:
a. Empty: VoIP Phone will deliver dial the number into the current selected SIP profile.
b. User Define: Entering SIP domain manually.
c. Select an existing SIP profile.

To modify contact information, follow the steps below:
1. Select the contact to modify or delete.
2. Press Detail then select Edit to modify or select Delete to erase the current record.
Use the soft keys to do the following functions:
z Dial: Dial the number of the selected contact.
z New: Create a new contact and save the contact information: name, number and domain name.
z Detail: Press to view contact information or enter to submenu Edit/Delete to modify/erase a record.
z Back: Press to go back to the previous level: Main Menu.
