This page provides you the general settings for LAN.
Click LAN to open the LAN settings page and choose General Setup.
Available settings are explained as follows:
Item Description
LAN IP Network
Configuration
IP Address - Type in private IP address for connecting to a
local private network (Default: 192.168.1.1).
Subnet Mask - Type in an address code that determines the
size of the network. (Default: 255.255.255.0/ 24)
For IP Routing Usage - Click Enable to invoke this
function. The default setting is Disable.
IP Address - Type in secondary IP address for connecting
to a subnet.
(Default: 192.168.2.1/ 24)
Subnet Mask - An address code that determines the size of
the network.
(Default: 255.255.255.0/ 24)

Subnet DHCP Server - Click Enable to invoke this
function. The default setting is Disable.
PPPoE Passthrough - The router offers PPPoE dial-up
connection. Besides, you also can establish the PPPoE
connection directly from local clients to your ISP via the
Vigor router. When PPPoA protocol is selected, the PPPoE
package transmitted by PC will be transformed into PPPoA
package and sent to WAN server. Thus, the PC can access
Internet through such direction.
DHCP Server
Configuration
Enable Server - DHCP stands for Dynamic Host
Configuration Protocol. The router by factory default acts a
DHCP server for your network so it automatically dispatch
