7. Open IP PBX>>Extension to configure the incoming FAX rule; especially for the people
who might receive lots of FAX due to the work requirement. Click an index number (e.g.,
#1).
8. In the web page, type the extension number (e.g., 6988), display name (e.g.,
MKT_Carrie) and the email address (e.g., [e-mail]). Click OK to save the
settings.
9. The new phone extension profile has been created as below.
