Available settings are explained as follows:
Item Description
Personal Voice Mail
Greeting Prompt Status
Index- This page can display up to 70 records of voice mail
greeting prompts which include 50 extensions and 20 hunt
groups.
Type- Display the type (Extension or Hunt Group) of the
voice mail applied for each record.
Username- Display the username of the extension or hunt
group.
Ext.- Display the extension number of the extension or hunt
group.
