1. What is the default administrator password to login to the
router?
A: By default, you do not need a password to login to the router. However,
for security reason, you should assign a password to protect your router
against misusage and hacker attack.
2. What is the default IP address of the router?
A: The default IP address is 192.168.1.1 with subnet mask
255.255.255.0.
3. Why does the router dial out very often?
A: Examine the packets that trigger the router to dial out. Login to the
Web Configurator and click "Diagnostic Tools" > "Triggered Dial-
out Packet Header". You will see the triggered packet contents.
Report the results to technical support by e-mail or telephone.
4. Why can't I connect to the Web Configurator?
A: Remove the proxy server settings in your web browser.
