Available settings are explained as follows:
Item Description
3G Backup
Enable 3G Backup- Check this box to enable such
function.
SIM PIN code- Type PIN code of the SIM card that will be
used to access Internet.
Modem Initial String1/2- Such value is used to initialize
USB modem. Please use the default value. If you have any
question, please contact to your ISP.
APN Name- APN means Access Point Name which is
provided and required by some ISPs.
Modem Dial String- Such value is used to dial through
USB mode. Please use the default value. If you have any
question, please contact to your ISP.
PPP Username- Type the PPP username (optional).
PPP Password- Type the PPP password (optional).
WAN Connection
Detection
Mode- Such function allows you to verify whether network
connection is alive or not through ARP or Ping Detect.
Choose ARP or Ping Detect for the system to execute for
WAN detection.
Ping IP- If you choose Ping Detect as detection mode, you
have to type IP address in this field for pinging.
Reset USB
Click this button to reset the USB port.
Default
Click this button for returning to the default settings.
