push in the spindle locking plate ✱✌ until it
slides over the flats on the spindle and using a
17mm open ended spanner loosen the nut. Insert
the cutter into the collet nut ✰✌ and with the
spindle lock engaged tighten the collet nut ✰✌

Before starting the machine ensure that the

SETTING THE DEPTH STOP
The router is fitted with a depth stop ✳✌ that can
be adjusted to the required depth and indicated
on the scale ✴✌. The depth stop can be adjusted
by unscrewing knob ✵✌ which will allow the

DEEP CUTS
We recommend deep cuts are performed in three
stages using the depth turret ✷✌. The screws can
be set in the required positions by rotating the
turret (Fig.6).
When the required depth of cut is reached the
router can be locked into position by turning
hand grip ✹✌ (Fig.6). (When using the router this
should be the right hand grip).
PARALLEL GUIDE
The parallel guide ✼✌ (Fig.6) can be fitted from
either side of the router. When the required
position is obtained the parallel guide can be
secured into place by the two locking knobs ✽✌
(Fig.7). To make any fine adjustment first loosen
knobs ✭✌ and tighten knobs ✮✌ and ✽✌. Turn
the knurled knob ✿✌ to the required position and
