MF9250 DynaFlex header:
the best of both worlds
Capacity, control and adaptability take a giant leap
forward with the MF9250 DynaFlex flexible cutter bar
draper header. With a cutting width up to 40 feet
(12.2 m), the DynaFlex provides all the flexibility of an
auger-style flex header combined with the gentle and
fluid material handling of a draper header – all while
connecting to the 9005 Series’ dual PTO shaft hook-
ups and single-point multi-coupler without the need for
an adapter. The fully flexible, cab-controlled cutterbar
provides up to eight inches (203 mm) of vertical travel
for ground-hugging harvesting that picks up low-hanging
pods and downed crops just as easily as standing grain.
Independent tilt arms, located every 30 inches (76.2 cm)
across the header width, are hydraulically controlled
with a range of 0 to 3,000 psi for precise fingertip
pressure control and smooth, even adjustment. Yet,
with a flip of a switch, the header can be converted to
a rigid unit for harvesting crops like wheat and barley.
Meanwhile, dual, shaft-driven SCH (Schumacher)
epicyclical sickle drives provide up to 400% more
torque than conventional drives for smooth, positive
power and increased cutterbar performance. From
there, fiberglass-reinforced drapers convey the crop to
the center draper where a center-feed auger actively
pulls the crop “head first” into the feederhouse. Faster
cutterbar speeds, less crop handling, reduced vibration
and the elimination of bottlenecks at the feederhouse all
add up to increased harvesting rates and more
efficient use of power and combine capacity.
Heads, you win.
After a century and a half of providing farmers with the tools they need, Massey Ferguson understands that every
farmer’s needs are different. Especially when it comes to combines. You need a machine that “custom fits” your situation.
And with a full range of heads and attachments to go with our 9005 Series combines, that’s just what you’ll get.
MF3000 Series Corn Heads
Whether you harvest 6, 8 or 12 rows at a time,
harvesting down and tangled crop gets easier with the
MF3000 Series Corn Head.
The lowest feed angle in the industry, and our low-profile
poly snouts keep you going in the toughest conditions.
Stalk roll flutes are reversible and individual row units
are slip clutch protected for peace of mind. You’ll also
appreciate the convenience of single-point, electrically
adjusted stripper plates to ensure optimum corn head
and combine performance regardless of crop conditions.
With the touch of a switch on the hydro handle, you
can change stripper plate spacing on the go.
Variable-Speed Header Drive
Our Variable-Speed Header Drive increases efficiency by
allowing you to instantly match corn head drive and feed
chain speed to changes in crop yield and ground speed.

MF4200 Series Pick-Up Heads
If you harvest swathed crops such as flax, canola or
wheat, check out our MF4200 Series Pick-Up Heads.
They provide excellent crop feeding by positioning the
header cross auger close to the combine feed chain. A
welded one-piece frame assures durability and long life.
For the 13 ft. (4.0 m) header width, you have a choice of
the 14 ft. (4.3 m) “Swathmaster” or “Rake-Up” pick-up
attachment. For the 15 ft. (4.6 m) header width, you can
choose a 16 ft. (4.9 m) “Rake-Up” or “Swathmaster”
pick-up head – a perfect match for the larger capacity
MF9005 Series Combines.
Hook-up point locking pins, PTO-type driveshaft and
single point hydraulic and electrical connections are
all conveniently located on the left side of the header
for quick mounting. And the header drive system is
protected by a slip clutch integrated into the drive shaft.
