Queuing Only**
Set the queue CIR
Sets the Committed Information Rate (CIR) for each of the 8 QoS
queues. The CIR defines the minimum amount of bandwidth allocated
for that queue.
Sequence:
set cos queue cir [%1 %2 %3 %4 %5 %6 %7 %8] press Enter
where %1 %2 %3 %4 %5 %6 %7 %8 is the percentage of the
available bandwidth to be allocated to CoS Queues 1 through 8
respectively. The total cannot exceed 100% , but can be less than
100% if desired.

Expedite queue is :off.
All queues bandwidth are guaranteed.
