1. Be sure to unplug the power cable or cord before maintenance.
2. Do not use detergent, thinner, gasoline or other chemicals to wipe.
3. When the device is dirty, it can be wiped with a dry soft cloth or dry towel to avoid washing in running water
or other liquids.
4. After each use, please clean the massage head in time. When the massage head is particularly dirty, wipe or
disinfect it with a soft cloth dipped in a small quantity of medically approved cleaner.
5. Please do not disassemble, repair or modify this product without permission to avoid accidents or failures.

Possible causes/handling methods
Please confirm whether the power of the device is suffcient.
Please confirm whether the starting operation of the device is standardized
(press and hold the key for more than 1 second).
If the device cannot be started at a particularly high or low ambient
temperature, please charge it at 10-40 ℃.
Please check whether the USB connection cable and the host power adapter
are in good contact.
When charging for the first time or not using for a long time, please fully
charge before using.
The device cannot be charged during startup. Please turn off the power
before charging
The device will automatically stop working 15 minutes after use, which is a
normal phenomenon. If you need to continue using it, you can turn on the
power again.
Please confirm whether the eye massager is in a low power state. If the
battery is low, please charge it before use.
Please ensure that the distance between the device and the Bluetooth device
is less than 1meter.
Please ensure that the Bluetooth function of the Bluetooth device is normal
and enabled.
For Bluetooth settings, please read the user manual of the Bluetooth device.
Please increase the volume of the Bluetooth device.
Please ensure that there is no obstacle between the device and the Bluetooth
device and that they are close to each other.
Please reduce the volume of the Bluetooth device.
Please keep away from microwave oven, wireless router, TV, radio and
other appliances that may interfere with Bluetooth signal.
Please turn off the equalizer setting of the Bluetooth device.
Please ensure that the device is close to the Bluetooth device.
Please ensure that the device and Bluetooth device are fully charged.

Before removing the battery, make sure the device is powered off.
Do not short circuit the battery to prevent it from burning and causing fire.
Do not put the battery into fire to prevent explosion or release of toxic substances.
Battery Removal Procedure:
1. Open the equipment shell with a tool.
2. Unscrew the screws at the circuit board.
3. Use scissors to cut the positive and negative terminal connecting wires of the battery in turn (the positive and
negative terminal connecting wires of the battery shall be cut off in turn, and ensure that the positive and negative
lead terminals are not stuck to avoid short circuit).
4. Remove the battery.
