Assembly of the changing booth

As described before, with a completely assembled

tanning booth you have to disassemble the movable

door segments, the floor covering and the front floor

plate part first, before assembly of the changing booth

can take place (fig. 41).

Otherwise the assembly of the changing booth

takesplace with the radiation unit.

At first, fasten the floor plate of the changing booth at

the radiation booth with the frame connector (fig. 42).

Level the floor plate of the changing booth at location

in order to guarantee a precise fit of all other

components.

It is recommended to assemble again the movable

door units of the radiation booth (please note the

assembly indications on page 11 of this manual).

Now set the side wall elements right or left (each 2

elements) on the floor plate and fasten these (fig. 43).

It is recommended that a second person supports the

side wall elements during the assembly until the ceiling

plate is assembled.

Now the corner posts are set on the floor plate in such

a way that the holes in the floor plate are covered by

the lower holes of the corner column.

The column elements are now fastened below with

each 2 screws M6 x 40 (fig. 44).

Now the column elements are connected on the side

with the wall elements through the frame connectors

(fig. 45).
