Now draw the upper spring loaded safety pin with the radi-

al bearing downwards at the safety screw (Fig. 38).

Now align the bearing tube with the holding bushing at

the exhaust air unit.

After both door segments have been installed, you can

now re-install lamp and disk frames into these

segments.

Both door segments must close and open easily.

In the closed position the door segments are held to

each other with magnetic closures.

Now engage the safety pin with the radial bearing into

the holding bushing (Fig.39).

Tighten the screw at the safety pin, in order to avoid an

unintentional unlocking of the door segment.

Assembly of the magnetic strips for

locking of door elements

The magnetic strips are self-adhesive on both sides.

Remove the protective cover on one side of the pair of

strips.

Stick the magnetic strips to the left and right side of the

fix element (fig.40) and carefully respect the

measurements.

Remove the second protective cover on the adhesive

side of the strips.

Open the door elements and press them against the

adhesive side of the magnetic strips. This guarantees

exactly the same position of both magnetic strips.

Finally make a functional test.

Finally, the floor covering from the accessory package

has to be glued to the floor plate.

Start the floor covering at the front edge.
