Operation Manual

UV lamp and starter replacement in the
canopy unit
When performing maintenance on the canopy, always
raise it so it is in the open position.
Push the front canopy pane frame towards the rear and
out of the supports (right and left). The pane swings
downward over the rear frame.
Now you can access the lamps in the canopy with no
problem.
Here as well, the UV low-pressure lamps are turned
90° in their holders at the head and foot end and pulled
downward and out for removal and replacement.
During replacement, it is important to make sure that
the contact pins on the ends of the lamps are fitted
properly into the holders.
The starter is located at the foot end of the corresponding
lamp. With a 90° turn, the starter can be removed or
replaced.
Metal halogen lamp replacement in the
high-intensity facial tanners
To replace the metal halogen lamps in the facial tanners,
the acrylic plate in the canopy must be swung out as
previously described.
Finally, the corresponding face panel with the filter plates
in front of the metal halogen lamps must be
disassembled. To this end unscrew the threaded
fasteners at the right and left side of the face panel.
