Installation of the air conditioning unit for
body air cooling
First, disassemble the base panel as described at the
beginning of the Installation Guide.
Finally, the body cooler is disassembled, because the
foot-end side housing plate of the system must be
replaced in order to retrofit the air conditioning unit.
Pull the plug for the electrical connection on the
underside of the bench.
Finally, remove the threaded fasteners (M8) and remove
the body cooler, by which the electrical connection is
pulled out through the opening in the side housing panel.
Optional equipment
If preferred, your system can be equipped with the
following components:
l Air conditioning unit for body cooling at the foot end
l Supplementary body cooler at the head end
This can be provided either at the factory before delivery
of the tanning system or also after start-up in the studio.
The retrofit is described as follows:
Finally the side cover is removed. To this end, unscrew
the threaded fasteners on the front side chassis
member (3 ea Ø 6.3) as well as to the rear base cover
(3 ea Ø 4.2).
Next, install the side cover with the integrated cool air
vent. To this end, use the threaded fasteners
(Ø 6.3 and Ø 4.2) provided.
Now the body cooler must be installed once again on
the side cover. Pull the connecting cable through the
opening in the side cover and fasten the body cooler
with the threaded fasteners (M8) and their
corresponding nuts on the inside of the cover. Plug the
electrical cable into the socket on the bench.
