Operation Manual
After you have disassembled the foot-end body cooler,
remove the head and foot-end rear wall parts of the
base.
To this end, unscrew each of the threaded fasteners on
the side housing sections (1) as well as on the exhaust
unit (2) and remove.
For the removal of the exhaust unit, lift this up in a slightly
tipped position, so that the angle bracket slides out of
the groove in the rear bench chassis member (3).
Before you carry the bench to the final location of the
system in the cabin, you should disassemble the side
housing sections at the head and foot end.
To this end, unscrew the threaded fasteners (3 threaded
fasteners per side Ø 6.3) for the housing sections in the
front chassis member.
Now the complete bench with the attached feet can be
transported into the cabin easily.
The factory pre-assembled and adjusted tension sp-
ring system on the feet must not be disassembled.
When you have finished set-up of the system at its final
location, you must place the bench into the spring shaft
with assistance of the adjustable stops in the feet. This
is an absolute requirement for optimal assembly and
later operation of the system.

Cabin layout and dimensions are of great importance
for the scope of disassembly as well as for the final
sequence of reassembly. The time required for
reassembly can be accomplished more rapidly using
a different sequence contingent on specific conditions
relating to space. Generally the system is reassembled
in reverse sequence to that of disassembly.
