Air intake fans
The calculations shown in the table derive from a
minimum recommended set-up area of about 5.75 m
2
.
These dimensions allow for an effective cross-section
in the air intake area. Please note that privacy panels,
screens, etc. in the air intake area can reduce the overall
throughput, resulting in loss of the effective cross-
section.
Outside temperature
The outside temperature has a great impact on system
operation (in this regard see chapter "Please note!" on
page 23).
This is especially true for the hotter summer months,
during which air conditioning for the entire studio should
be considered.
For systems of the series VIVA Prestige, the exhaust air
must be vented out of the cabin through a hose.
This exhaust hose may be placed leading away from
the system towards the left or right or also towards the
ceiling of the cabin as desired (see illustration next to
this text).
In addition, it is necessary to ensure sufficient cabin
ventilation.
