Wichtige Hinweise l Die Bräunungsanlagen sind steckerfertig für den Anschluß an einer separat abgesicherten SchutzkontaktSteckdose (Schuko) 230 V AC 50 Hz mit der Absicherung H 16 A vorgesehen. l Bei einem eventuellen Austausch der Anschlußleitung muß die Type H05VV-F 3 G 1,5 (3 x 1,5mm²) verwendet werden. l Bei allen Arbeiten an dem Bräunungsgerät (Lampen-, Starterwechsel oder Reinigungsarbeiten) grundsätzlich das Gerät durch Ziehen des Netzsteckers vom Netz trennen.

Übermäßig häufig wiederholte Ultraviolettbestrahlung mit Sonnenlicht oder UV-Geräten kann zu frühzeitiger Alterung der Haut und auch zu einem erhöhten Risiko von Hauttumoren führen. sind auf die Bedürfnisse der sonnengebräunten Haut abgestimmt und können auch vor dem Besonnen aufgetragen werden. Bräunungsbeschleuniger stimulieren auf der Basis von natürlichen Substanzen, die Melaninproduktion.
Montage der Bräunungsanlage Die Anlage wird in zwei Packstücken auf einer Palette angeliefert. Die Montage beginnen Sie mit dem Unterteil der Bräunungsliege. Öffnen Sie den Verpackungskarton der Liege an der bezeichneten Stelle „Hier oben“ und heben SIe die Liege aus der Verpackung. Da die Fußteile bereits werkseitig montiert werden, kann die Bräunungsliege sofort auf den Fußteilen abgestellt werden (Abb. 1). Abb. 1 Öffnen Sie nun den Verpackungskarton des Oberteils.
Die Bohrungen in den Lagerlaschen des Oberteils, mit den zuvor eingesteckten Kunststofflagern, müssen jetzt in die Position der Bohrungen in den Lagerlaschen der Liege gebracht werden. Dabei wird das Oberteil auf der Rückseite leicht angehoben (Abb. 6). Es ist darauf zu achten, dass sich die Lagerlaschen des Oberteils jeweils auf der Geräteaußenseite befinden. Abb.
Schwenken Sie jetzt das Oberteil mehrmals auf und wieder zu. Hierbei werden Sie merken, daß das Oberteil in der vollkommen geöffneten Position durch die Gasdruckfedern nach oben gedrückt wird. Bei der Schwenkbewegung nach unten, wird das Oberteil nach einem anfänglichen geringen Widerstand leichtgängig nach unten schwenken. Beachten Sie jedoch, dass eine geringe Druckabweichung in der Gasdruckfeder die Schwenkbewegung etwas beeinflussen kann.
Anschließend stellen Sie den Elektroanschluss mittels Verbindung der dafür vorgesehenen Stecker her (Abb.15) . Abb. 15 Jetzt können Sie die Seitenblende wieder am Gerät befestigen. Hierbei ist darauf zu achten, dass das Anschlusskabel des Körperlüfters auch in der dafür vorgesehenen Aussparung in der Seitenblende liegt (Abb.16). Das Bräunungsgerät kann bei optimalem Gebrauch jahrelang benutzt werden. Die Lampen haben eine sehr hohe Nutzungsdauer.
Wartung des Gesichtsbräuners (Typ 24/1) Zur Wartung des Gesichtsbräuners muss die Filterkassette, durch das Lösen der gekennzeichneten Schrauben, herausgenommen werden (Abb. 22 und 23). Schrauben lösen Abb. 22 Abb. 23 Zum Wechsel der Gesichtsbräuner-Lampe wird diese an einem abgeflachten Lampenende angefasst, etwas in der Längsrichtung verschoben und aus der Fassung entnommen (Abb. 24). Das Einsetzen der neuen Lampe erfolgt in der gleichen Weise.
Die Lampe des Gesichtsbräuners wird bei normalem Betrieb sehr heiß und muß deshalb mit einem Kühlgebläse gekühlt werden. Zusätzlich ist die Lampe mit einer Thermosicherung abgesichert. Steigt die Temperatur infolge eines Lüfterausfalls oder einer Leistungsverminderung (durch Verschmutzung o.ä.) über einen unzulässigen Wert an, unterbricht diese Sicherung den Stromkreis der Gesichtsbräuner-Lampe.
Ersatzteile ACHTUNG! Die Gebrauchsdauer der UVA-Niederdrucklampen und der Gesichtsbräunerlampe beträgt ca. 500 Stunden. Bei einem Austausch müssen die Original-Ersatzteile verwendet werden. Abfallgesetz vom 27.08.1986 Die Bestrahlungslampen gehören nicht in den Hausmüll, sondern müssen gesondert entsorgt werden (Sondermüll). Die Entsorgung aus privaten Haushalten und dem gewerblichen Bereich ist durch SondermüllSammelstellen der Kommunen möglich.

Important notes l The tanning appliance is intend for a connection to a separate protected earthing contact socket (230 V AC 50 Hz) with safety device H 16 A. l In the event of power cable replacement, only type H05W-F 3 G 1.5 (3 x 1.52) may be used. l Always disconnect the system from the power source when performing work on the system (replacement of tubes/bulbs and starters or cleaning operations).
The skin may experience sunburn after increased exposure. Too frequent repetition of ultraviolet radiation from sunlight or from UV appliances can lead to premature aging of the skin as well as to an increased risk of skin tumours. Unshielded eyes can suffer inflammation on the surface of the eye, and in some cases excessive exposure to UV light may damage the retina. Many repeated tanning sessions can lead to the formation of grey cataracts without the use of protective eyewear.
Assembly of the tanning system The system is delivered in two packing units on a pallet. Begin the assembly with the lower section of the tanning bed. Open the box in which the bed is packed at the point marked "Hier oben" and lift the bed out of the packing. As the foot sections are already pre-assembled the tanning bed can stand on the foot sections immediately (figure 1). Fig. 1 Now open the packing box containing the upper section. Lift the upper section out of the box and lay it down next to the bed.
The drill holes in the bearing brackets of the upper section with the plastic bearings now attached must now be positioned to fit the drill holes in the bearing brackets of the bed. The upper section is lifted slightly at the back in this process (figure 6). Please ensure that the bearing brackets on the upper section are positioned on the outside of the equipment in each case. fig.
Now swing the upper section open and closed several times. You will notice that the upper section is pushed upwards by the gas pressure springs at the completely open position. When swinging the upper section downwards it moves easily downwards after initial slight resistance. Please take account, however, of the fact that a slight discrepancy in pressure in the gas pressure spring can influence the swing movement somewhat.
Then establish the electrical connection using the plug intended for this purpose (figure 15). fig. 15 You may now re-attach the side surround to the equipment. Recess When doing this please ensure that the connection cable for the body fan is located in the corresponding recess in the side surround (figure 16). fig.

The tanning equipment can be operated for many years with correct use. The lamps have a very long usage period.
Maintenance of the face tanner (type 24/1) The filter cassette must be removed by releasing the marked screws before maintenance (figures 22 and 23). Release screws fig. 22 fig. 23 In order to exchange the lamp in the face tanner this must be held on one of the flat lamp ends, pushed a little lengthwise and removed from the mounting (figure 24). The new lamp is inserted in the same way. Please ensure that you do not touch the glass bulb.
The lamp in the face tanner becomes very hot during normal operation and must therefore be cooled with a cooling fan. The lamp is also fitted with a thermal safety fuse. If the temperature rises above an acceptable level as a result of failure of the fan or a fall in power (caused by soiling or similar) then this fuse breaks the circuit to the face-tanning lamp.
Replacement parts The service life of the UVA low pressure tubes and the face tanner bulb is approx. 500 hours. Ensure that genuine parts are used for replacement during all maintenance work. The type designation of the UVA low pressure tubes, the face tanner tubes*) and the filter panels*) is also specified on the unit sticker (on the right rear next to the power cable). Order these parts specifying the unit model no. (on the rating plate) from your service department or dealer. 1.

INFORMACION UTIL l La unidad de bronceado está diseñada para ser usada con una conexión fija o una toma (230 VAC 50 Hz) con dispositivo de seguridad H16 A. l El solarium debe ser instalado en gabinete o cabinas que estén protegidas de goteras o salpicaduras. l La cabina no debe exceder los 28 grados centígrados y el 70 por ciento de humedad ambiente. Una temperatura mayor en el ambiente implicará una mayor temperatura en el equipo.
La piel se puede quemar como consecuencia de una excesiva exposición. La excesiva exposición a la radiación UV del sol o de los equipos pueden provocar envejecimiento prematuro de la piel o aumentar el riesgo de cáncer de piel.
MONTAJE DEL EQUIPO El equipo se envía en 2 cajas sobre un ballet. Comience el montaje con la parte inferior del equipo. Abra la caja en el lugar en el que dice "Hier oben" y sáquela de la caja. Como el soporte está pre-montado el equipo quedará en la forma correcta (figura 1) fig. 1 Ahora abra la caja que contiene la parte superior. Levante la sección superior fuera de la caja y apóyela cerca de la otra parte. Utilice pedazo del material de embalaje como protección para apoyarla (figura 2) fig.
Los agujeros de los cojinetes de la parte superior (con los bujes colocados) deben coincidir con los de la parte inferior. Para esto se debe levantar ligeramente la parte de atrás. (fig 6) Por favor, asegúrese de que los cojinetes de la parte superior están por fuera del equipo en cada caso. fig.
Ahora mueva la parte superior abriendo y cerrando varias veces. Notará que la parte superior es empujada hacia arriba por el amortiguador hasta la apertura máxima. Cuando mueva la parte superior hacia abajo se moverá fácilmente después de una pequeña resistencia inicial. Asegúrese de que las trabas de seguridad en la cabeza del amortiguador están en su lugar (figura 11). El montaje de las trabas de seguridad es muy importante. El equipo sólo puede usarse si los amortiguadores están perfectamente montados.
Luego establezca la conexión usando el conector provisto para éste propósito (fig 15) fig. 15 Puede recolocar el protector lateral al equipo. Al hacerlo asegúrese de que los cables están colocados correctamente. Hendidura fig. 16 Operación Inicial Inserte el cable de conexión en el conector de 4 polos del equipo en la parte posterior del equipo (fig 17) y conecte la máquina a la electricidad.

Jumper 2 Jumper 1 fig. 20 Reparación y Mantenimiento Cambio de lámparas y cebadores Siempre desconecte de la electricidad antes de hacer cualquier reparación. El solarium puede usarse durante muchos años si se usa correctamente. Las lámparas tienen una vida útil bastante larga.
Mantenimiento de la lámpara facial El filtro se quita aflojando los tornillos marcados en la figura 22 y 23. Quitar tornillos fig. 22 fig. 23 Para cambiar la lámpara facial se debe sostener de uno de los lados planos, tirar suavemente y quitarla del soporte (fig 24). Coloque la lámpara nueva de la misma forma. Por favor, asegúrese de no tocar el bulbo de cristal. En caso de hacerlo debe limpiar la lámpara con alcohol puro. fig.
La lámpara facial se calienta mucho durante la sesión normal y es refrigerada con el ventilador incorporado. Esta lámpara también consta de un fusible térmico de seguridad. Si la temperatura interior sube demasiado por una falla en el ventilador interno u otro motivo, el fusible bloquea el circuito y la lámpara no se encenderá. Como este bloqueo solo ocurrirá en caso de que se produzca una reducción de la ventilación, el sistema deberá ser revisado por un técnico autorizado.
Reposición de piezas CUIDADO! La vida útil de los tubos y de la lámpara facial es de aproximadamente 500 horas. Asegúrese de usar repuestos legítimos para el servicio de mantenimiento. Colocación de los residuos Acta del 27.08-12986 Las lámparas de bronceado no pueden colocarse en los contenedores destinados a la basura doméstica, deben ser colocados separadamente en contenedores para basura peligrosa (cristal).
