on and it works in a cycle. The data won’t lose during power off SOE will set bit0
of “system status” to be 1. At the same time, corresponding ags will be set to 1
to indicate new data. The meter sets ag of SOE but does not clear it. It should
be cleared after controller has read the data, then bit0 of system parameters will
be set to 0.
