Froth-Pak
Spray Polyurethane Foam Insulation
and Foam Sealant kits are a polyurethane foam dispensing
system for users who are performing small air sealing or
insulation jobs that do not require the capacity of larger,
bulky non-portable systems. The system consists of “A” and
“B” chemical tanks, chemical dispensing hoses, and a Gun/
Hose Assembly Kit. The system requires no other propellent
or pump as the tanks are pressurized at the factory.

kits are designed for ease-of-use. The following
instructions should be followed strictly to ensure maximum
equipment performance and efficiency.

Foam Insulation and Sealant kits are
designed for professional use only. Professional users have
completed the OSHA requirements for respiratory protec-
tion (i.e. routine health exams and fit testing, cartridge
change out schedule, required OSHA documentation),
have completed review of the instructions herein, and have
reviewed the safe use and handling presentations found at:

Summary of Safe Use Instructions
Application guidelines as provided by Performance Building
Solutions should be followed exactly in order to ensure com-
pliance with building codes for user safety and worker safety
regulations. Read all information bulletins, (Material) Safety Data
Sheets ((M)SDS) and “Product Information” sheets. The SDS
are available at https://www.dupont.com/resource-center.

Application of this product is considered a “low pressure” spray
foam process, which uses static mixing and application pressure
less than 250 psi. Workers should carefully read the enclosed
safe handling portion of this manual and review the Safe Use and
Handling presentations at https://www.dupont.com/knowledge/
safe-handling.html before using Froth-Pak
Polyurethane Foam
Insulation and Sealant kits. Workers must be respirator
fit tested. Employers must have a documented respiratory and
personal protective equipment (PPE) plan in accordance with
OSHA requirements. See Section 2 for further PPE information.
