Installation instructions
Set of 5 accent light points for indoor use
Thank you very much for buying a set of dot-spot accent light points.
The set of 5 accent light points for indoor use serves for setting accents to parquet, laminate and tiled floors, stairs,
walls and many more. The accent light points have got a stainless steel housing and an extremely thin twin-strand
connection cable making them suitable for installation in the adhesive bed of indoor floorings. The protection class is IP
68, thus enabling the lights to be also used in shower areas. The lights are walkable and may be rolled over by
vehicles with air-filled tyres.

- The connection cables must not be damaged during installation and operation.
- The cable laying (cable reserve) and light installation must be carried out so that, if necessary, the lights can be
removed without damaging the adjacent components.
- Non-observance may result in fire or other hazards.
Installation of the lights
- The lights can be flush mounted in suitable materials.
Cable reserve for
installation in tiles
- Start by marking the desired installation locations.
- The connection cables of the individual lights must be run in a star shape towards the power supply.
- Then drill a hole of 20 mm diameter for each light using a suitable drill for the material.
- Run the cable through the hole and then plug the light into the hole. Fixing is done with the
retaining clip of the spot.
When installing in parquet, laminate or tile, a cable reserve needs to be provided behind the light,
so that the light can be replaced in case of damage, if necessary. In order to do so, lay
approximately 2-3 cable turns around the spot. Then stick from behind a glue dot onto the spot
in order to fix the cable and to prevent the cable from being glued by the glue of the flooring.
- When installing in wet areas the edge of the spots should be additionally sealed with a suitable
sealant.
- Run the connection cable of the individual lights towards the power supply. The cable can be laid
directly in the adhesive bed.
