If, while the right mouse button is pressed, the mouse is in a range from about 20%
to 80% in the horizontal or vertical direction (almost in the middle of the graph area),
then the graph can be moved in the horizontal or vertical direction while holding down
the mouse button. The automatic axis scaling is deactivated.
