Assembly Instructions

Dismantle crate, remove packing materials from the handle bar and adjustable brake lever, remove box from the stump

grinder, and remove the contents of the box.

Closely inspect all stump grinder components.

If you have missing or damaged components, please contact Product Support at 1-800-822-0295 or 1-763-428-2237.

Find a work space that is large enough to maneuver stump grinder once completely assembled. Assemble stump grinder on

solid and level ground.

Tools needed: 5/32” (4mm) allen wrench, adjustable wrench, ½” (13mm) end wrench, 10mm end wrench,

phillips head screw driver.

1. Maneuver handle over

engine

Maneuver handle over engine, being careful not to damage engine, pull cables

loose, or damage wiring. Then, set the handle bar on the indexer as shown with

adjuster pin in a handle index hole.

2. Install handle

Align pivot holes with frame holes and insert clevis pin with lock collar in place

as shown.

Apply thread lock to collar set screw threads. Tighten set screw in lock collar.

Repeat for the other side of the handle.

3. Secure wiring

Zip tie wiring in place along handle and to frame (use holes shown in step 1 for

frame location).
