Certain 2001 Door Trim Panels will interfere with installation and must be modi ed
for  tment by heating the air duct in the area indicated with an electric heat gun.
Heat the duct until the plastic is pliable. Quickly install the Door Switch Connectors and
Handle Rod. The duct will remain soft for at least a minute. Install the trim panel while the
plastic is still pliable.
