INSTALL/REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS: WINDOW REGULATOR

a service manual or lack the skill to install this part, it is recommended that you seek the services of a quali ed technician. Pay special
attention to all cautions and warnings included in the shop manual. Read and follow all instructions carefully.

STEP 5: Temporarily install the master power switch assembly.
STEP 5a: With the master power switch assembly installed, manually lower the door glass
so that you can attach the door glass to the window regulator. NOTE: It may be necessary
to operate the window regulator to align the glass attaching screws.
STEP 6: While the master power switch is still attached, operate the regulator assembly to
verify that the glass operates smoothly.
STEP 6a: After verifying that the glass is operating properly, disconnect the master power
switch assembly.
STEP 7: Verify that all of the window regulator attaching bolts are secure.
STEP 9: Align the interior door trim panel with the corresponding holes in the door.
STEP 8: Install the water vapor barrier (if so
equipped).
