This climate control module consolidates
OEM modules that are used in vehicles with
rear defrost, and ones that do not have rear
defrost. For vehicles that have rear defrost,
the unit may be installed as is. For vehicles
that do not have rear defrost, you must rst
install the blank button included with the
module by following the steps below.
Insert a small screwdriver in the slot on the
bottom half of the rear defrost button. Lift
up on the button and it will easily detach
from the module.
To install the blank button, insert a athead
screwdriver through the rectangular slit
located at the bottom of the faceplate and
push up on the button housing. At the same
time, take the blank button and press it
down on the button housing, until it clicks
into place.
