Disassemble Quad Mast

Start By:

a. Remove primary lift cylinder.

b. Remove mast.

NOTE: The following disassembly and assembly

procedure is for Quad Mast.

1. Remove all hoses (1) along with the hose support

clamps.

2. Remove hose sheave (3).

3. Remove chain nut (4) from the top of the mast

(each side).

4. Disconnect and remove chains (5) and chain anchor

block (5-1) from the bottom of the mast.

5. Remove top cylinder retainer bolt (6) from each side

of the mast.

6. Remove cylinder retainer brackets (8) from each

cylinder.
