how to turn on or turn off the barcode scanner?
a. press scan buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds and release
the buttons.the scanner will turn on. when you haven’t used
the scanner for a while,it will automatically turn off.you
can set the sleep time a according to your to your usage habits.
what should i do if i can not pair the scanner with bluetooth
devides?
a. please make sure that the scanner is in the matching state
under the corresponding bluetooth protocol.
b. if you bluetooth devices have connected successfully with
other scanner via bluetooth or other devices. please delete
all the bluetooth connection records before connecting.
if you device is iphone,you can set this via these steps:

c. the bluetooth module has been damaged.please contact the
seller.
why did the scanned barcodes fail to be uploaded to a
computer or smartphone?
a. please make sure if the have been succesfully paired.if yes
the led indicator of the bluetooth barcode scanner is blue.
b. please check if it is in “storage mode”.(in “storage mode”
scans won’t be uploaded automatically,please scan the “data
upload” setting code manually to upload the scan is required)
c. please switch to “nomal mode” to scan and it will upload
simultaneously.
