6. faqs & troubleshooting faqs how to turn on or turn off the barcode scanner? a. press scan buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds and release the buttons.the scanner will turn on. when you haven’t used the scanner for a while,it will automatically turn off.you can set the sleep time a according to your to your usage habits. what should i do if i can not pair the scanner with bluetooth devides? a. please make sure that the scanner is in the matching state under the corresponding bluetooth protocol. b.
d. the bluetooth module has been damaged,please contact the sellor. if i scan a product barcode, will it include the name of the product in the automatically? a. it can’t support.thescanner works like a keyboard.the scanner does not interpret what the barcode is,it just “types” out a string of alphabet numberic characters that the barcode represents. b. it’s up to the database software you are using to interpret what thatstring of characters means.once you acquire the barcodes.

Can i turn off white led light? a. no,because the led light is a fill light,which can improve scanning performance.if turned off,scanning performance will be poor or even fail to read codes.especially in dark enviironments. troubleshooting problem pull the trigger the scanner has no reaction.
the scanner failed to match scanner and the usb usb reciver receiver are all good condition.but the scanner the bar codes can’t be sent to was set to storage mode, my computer scanned data will be saved in the buffer of scanner please pair it with your computer again (if you don’t know how to do it,contact the seller please switch to “nomal mode” to scan and upload simultaneously 7.

How To Pair In Bluetooth Hid Mode Method 1: A. Press and hold the scan button of the barcode scanner for about 8-10seconds,until you hear a beep and see the blue light flashing,then release the button B. Navigate to the bluetooth setting on the smartphone or tablet. ensure that bluetooth is enabled on the smartphone or tablet and searching for devices. C. Check the list of available bluetooth devices on your smartphone or tablet. from the list,select device to pair D.

Normal Mode In normal mode,the scanned barcodes are uploaded directly to the phone,computer or other devices via a bluetooth,2.4G wireless or usb cable connection.In normal mode,if the connection fails,the data will be lost. Normal Mode Transmission Speed Setup Select the corresponding transmission speed according to PC or phone receiving speed.
Medium Very Low Storage Mode If the transfer range beyond bluetooth transfer range,storage mode is suggested,in which scans are stored in intermal storage after being scanned. In storage mode,if a barcode is scanned,the scanner will make a short tone and the scanned data are automatically stored in the scanner’s internal storage.if the internal storage is full,the scanner will emit three low-frequency short tones to alarm.
Data Upload Note: When uploading data,please ensure the wireless signal is perfect,or upload after connecting with the usb cable By scan “Total amount of stored barcode” barcode to check the total amount of scanned barcodes in storage: By scanning “Clear Data” to clear the scans in storage , the cleared scans won’t be uploaded once cleared.
Auto Mode When the barcode is scanned. the data will be immediately transmitted to the terminal device or saved to the scanner flash. If the scanner is connected to the device, the data will be directly transmitted to the device. If it is not connected, the scanner will send an audible warning and save the data in flash memory. To convert scanner to “Auto Mode” , scan the following barcode “Auto Mode” Auto Save 11.
12.IOS Pull up and Hide Keyboard Please note：Only the IOS system supports pull up and hide the keyboard ,the android device does not support. Method 1: If you need to pull the ios keyboard , you can double click the scan button. If you want to pull up and hide the IOS keyboard ,you can double click the scan button too.
13.Keyboard Language Setting Different national languages correspond to the keyboard keys arrangement , symbols are different , the barcode scanner can be virtual according to the actual needs of different countries keyboard.
