The device did not start from
the charging station.
It is recommended to start cleaning from the charging
station
The charging route is

Can not charge the
device
The charging poles of
charging station and the

contacted.
Make sure that the main unit is fully docked with the
charging pole piece of the charging station, and the
power button is in a white flashing state.Check
whether the charging poles of the main unit and the
charging station are dirty. Please refer to the "
Maintenance" section of the manual to clean them.
The charging station is not
connected to the power
adapter
Make sure the charging station and power adapter
are connected well
Do not use for a long time
caused by over-discharge of
the battery
It is recommended to charge the device 1 time every
3month if long-term unused to protect the battery

loud during the working
period

device is working
The device is entangled or

by furniture that is close to
the unit.
It is recommended to raise furniture, artificially cover
the barrier, or set up a virtual wall through the apps.

When going over a steep slope, please assist the
