Can not connecting
Wi-Fi (Tuya App)
The router username and
password are incorrect
Configure the router to ensure that the entered router
"user name" and "password" are correct.
The device is not within the
network signal coverage of
the router.
Make sure the device is within the network signal
coverage of the router.
The device is not in the
configuration state.
Only the device can be configured when it is in
standby mode. The device is energized, turn on the
unit cover, press the WiFi button for 2 seconds, hear
the prompt, that is the device enters to be configured.
Not using 2.4G network (4G
network)
Configure 2.4G network access network when
networking
The wrong app may have
been downloaded.
Please go to the iOS store or google play to
download the "Tuya Smart" App.

Lost map
Moved the device, there is a
risk of losing the map
If the map is saved, and then lost map, please put the
device back into the charging station then the map
will be restored it.

Can not creat the map
on App
The device did not start from
the charging station.
The best way is to start cleaning from the charging
station
The device was moved
during the cleaning process,
caused by a repositioning
failure.
During the cleaning process, please avoid moving
the device as much as possible.
The auto cleaning task has
not been completed.
Let the device automatically return to the charging
station after cleaning

The water tank comes
off
Installation is not in place
When installing, please push it hard and hear a
"click" to ensure that the water tank is installed in

Can not find the
charging station
The position of the charging
station is incorrect
Please place the charging station correctly according
to the method in the “Position of Charging station”
section of the manual
The charging station is
powered off or moved
Check that the charging station is connected to a
power source. Do not manually move the charging
station position
The device suspended for
more than 90 minutes
It is recommended to stand by the device for no
longer than 90 minutes. In order to ensure the
smooth operation of the device, please let the device
complete the cleaning by itself, and avoid pausing
and moving as much as possible.
