a、Use a 5V 1A/5V 2A charger to charge the headset. The headset charged with over-voltage charging equipment may be
damaged;
b、Please fully charge the headset before use;
c、Please charge the headset once every 3 months to extend the battery life if it is not used for a long time;
d、Please do not place the headset in a high-temperature environment, near the fire source, including direct sunlight;
e、Please do not place the headset in a humid environment or submerged it in liquid, and keep the headset dry;
f、Please do not disassemble the headset. Attempt to repair or behavior to modify the headset are prohibited;
g、Please do not excessively drop, impact, scratch the headset, or do other behaviors that affect the function of the
headset;
h、Please do not use the headset at high volume for a long time, for such behavior may cause damage to your hearing;
1、Please carefully retain the warranty card and valid proof of purchase, and present them together when the product
is sent for repair. If you cannot provide the warranty card or related documents, the product warranty period will be
calculated based on the ex-factory date of the product;
2、For quality failures within three months from the purchase of the product, the company will repair the product free
of charge if it is confirmed by our technical staff that such failure occurs under normal use;
3、For quality issues due to the following reasons, the Company will charge the cost of parts when repairing:
a、Due to excessive drops, impacts, abrasions, or other acts that affect the function of the headset;
b、Due to incorrect operation, negligent use affecting the use of headset;
c、Due to high temperature, high humidity, or other irresistible reasons affecting the use of headset;
d、Beyond the warranty period;
e、The accessories, gifts, packaging parts, decorative items, etc. sold along with the product.
i、This product is not children's toys, so children under 14 years old need to be accompanied by parents to use.
