Report wheel, middle brush,
side brush stuck/trap
During the cleaning process of the machine, left and right wheels, middle brush
and right brush get stuck/trap by the foreign matter. The voice reminds "Please
clean **".
The dust box is missing/not in
place
When the machine starts to work, if the dust box is missing/not in place, the voice
reminds "Please install the dust box";
Off the hook
In the process of cleaning, when the machine is entangled by wire/curtain/carpet
and cannot get free, the voice reminds "Please help me to get off the hook".
The machine is against the
wall
Whether the protective pieces on both sides of the front shell are removed;
If there is foreign matters or
Unable to turn on
If the battery is low, please insert the adapter directly into the machine, and the
machine will turn on automatically.
If the environment temperature is too low (below -5° C or above +50°C), please
use it at the indoor temperature.
Unable to charge
Please check whether the indicator light above the recharging base is on and
confirm that the charging adapter has been inserted into the AC mains to ensure
normal power supply.
If the contact is not good, please clean if the charging base contact shrapnel and
the charging pole piece?of the host machine is dirty, or remove the side brush (to
block the contact).
Unable to recharge
There are too many obstacles attached to the charging base. Please move the
charging base to an open area;
In the process of cleaning, if the recharging base or machine is moved manually,
the map will be abnormal and the position of the recharging base will be lost.
Abnormal behavior Open the face cover and stab the reset key switch directly.
There is a weird noise when
cleaning
The middle brush, side brush and wheel may be entangled with foreign matter.
Please clean up after stopping the machine.
Reduced sweeping ability or
dust drop
The dust box is full, please clean the dust box.
The filter is blocked, please clean or replace the filter; the middle brush is twined
with foreign matters, please clean the middle brush.
Unable to connect wifi
Wifi signal is not good, please make sure that the machine is in a good wifi signal
coverage area; if the wifi connection is abnormal, please reset the wifi router,
download the latest APP client version, and try to connect again;?Wifi password
input error;
Wifi router is 5G frequency band, and this machine only supports 2.4G frequency
band at present.
Schedules cleaning does not
work
When it comes to the scheduled cleaning time, if the electric quantity of the
machine is not sufficient, it will be cleaned automatically only when the electric
quantity is more than 10%.
Whether the power

recharging base
The machine always consumes very little power when recharging on the recharge
