If you prefer crispier, darker waes, turn the dial (1) to the “Max” position (dark).
For those who love lighter waes, set the dial to the “Low” position (light).
Baked waes are best when they have just been cooked, but can also are be kept warm
perfectly in an oven at about 90° C.
Place in a baking tray or wrap them in aluminium foil. In the latter case they will be less crisp.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Do not use harsh abrasive or corrosive cleaning agents. Clean the appliance after each use.
Unplug the electric lead and wait until the appliance has cooled suciently.
It is easier to clean your wae-maker if it’s a bit warm.
Carefully clean the specially coated metal baking plates with a soft cloth to remove baking
deposits. When not in use, store the appliance on a at dry surface.
RECIPES
BRUSSELS WAFFLES WITH ICE CREAM AND WHIPPED CREAM
Ingredients
· 250 g our
· 4 eggs
· 1 tablespoon sugar
· 20 g yeast
· 2 dl water 100 gr melted butter
· 3 dl lukewarm milk
· 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream with whipped cream
Mix the our with the egg yolks and the sugar. Mix the yeast with the lukewarm water and mix
this through the batter. Then mix the lukewarm milk with the melted butter into the batter.
Whisk the egg whites until sti and carefully fold into the batter. Bake the waes and serve
with icing sugar, ice cream and whipped cream.

· 500 g our
· 150 ml lukewarm water
· 70 g sugar
· 2 eggs
· 50 g fresh yeast
· 215 g butter
· Salt
· 300 g pearl sugar
