Shaving and trimming
Caution: this appliance must never be used under water!
• Before use, apply a few drops of acid-free oil between the trimming comb and the
blade.
• It is recommended to always start shaving with the largest comb attachment. This
way you can gradually shorten the hair.
• Shave against the hair growth direction.
• Keep the shaver head/comb attachment at against the head. Shave upwards.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Switch off the appliance and pull the plug from the power outlet before cleaning
and oiling the trimmer.
• Make sure that the appliance and the adapter are not immersed in water and do
not come into contact with water or any other liquid.
• If necessary the outer surfaces of the trimmer and the adapter can be wiped clean
with a dry, lint-free cloth.
• Use the cleaning brush after every use to remove the remaining hairs between the
trimming comb and the blade.
• Caution: the trimming comb and blade are sharp.
• Oil the trimmer before use and after every 15 minutes of use. Apply a few drops
of acid-free oil between the trimming comb and the blade. Afterwards, switch
on the trimmer to make sure that the oil is distributed evenly. Regular oiling
guarantees good shaving performances during a long period of time and is
benecial for the lifecycle of the appliance.

Este aparato está diseñado para ser utilizado por

asegurar que no juegan con el aparato.
El mantenimiento y la limpieza del aparato no pueden
efectuarse por niños, a no ser que tengan más de 8 años
de edad y sean supervisados. Mantenga el aparato y el
cordón eléctrico fuera del alcance de niños menores de 8
años.
Este aparato está diseñado para ser utilizado en un
entorno doméstico y en entornos similares como:
• En la cocina para el personal de tiendas, ocinas y
otros entornos profesionales similares.
• En las ncas.
• En las habitaciones de hoteles y moteles y otros
entornos con un carácter residencial.
• En los cuartos de huéspedes o similares.
Atención: el aparato no puede ser utilizado con un
temporizador externo o un mando a distancia separado.
