brush, as otherwise the airfl ow will be obsturcted to such an extent that the thermal
cutout will operate. Keep your hair away from the immediate vicinity of the air inlet
opening. Please check the cable for damage from time to time ! In the event of any
necessary repair, includiing replacement of the mains lead, your appliance should be
sent to the specialist retailer from whom your hair dryer was acquired. Do not attempt
to repair the hair dryer or replace a damaged supply cord yourself. Improperly carried
out repairs can expose the user to considerable hazard. Please take the hair dryer to a
local service centre for repairs or replacement.
USER INSTRUCTIONS
The hair dryer has 3 heat and 4 speed settings to enable quick and effective drying and
styling.
Speed settings :
O = off
1 = low speed for styling.
2 = moderate speed for drying and styling
3 = high speed for quick drying all the excess moisture off your hair.
Heat settings :
1 = cold
2 = low
3 = moderate
4 = high
Detachable air concentrator :
concentrate airfl ow from spot drying or styling smaller section of hair.
Caution : the concetrator will inevitably become hot during use.
Detachable diffuser :
Caution : the diffuser will inevitably become hot during use.
DUAL VOLTAGE SELECTOR
Check the position of the voltage selector switch before use (remove mains plug and
use a coin to move the switch to the correct position). Set to 127V for voltages ranging
fom 100-127V. Set to 220V for voltage ranging from 220-240V.
CLEAN AND CARE
Always disconnect the hair dryer before cleaning.
Never immerse the hair dryer in water.
It is suffi cient to wipe the exterior over with a damp cloth and then wipe dry.
A soft dry brush may be used to remove dust and hairs from the air inlet grill, to
ensure proper airfl ow at all times.
