Use and Care Manual
The surface temperature must be between 50 - 115°F (10-46°C) and
should not drop below the minimum temperature for 12 hours from the start of the application.

Protect surfaces not intended to be sealed.
Do NOT dilute or alter the product. Shake the
container prior to use as some settling may have
occurred. Ensure surface is thoroughly cleaned
prior to application, and free from any surface
contaminants. For best results, apply to a dry
surface or a dampened surface as long as there
is no standing pool of water.
In an inconspicuous area, perform a small test
(at least 2 sq. ft.) using the product to ensure
suitability and the desired results prior to
full application.
Clean equipment thoroughly with mild
detergent and warm water until free
of residue.
Remove oil and other spills from the sealed
surface as soon as possible using a mild
cleaning agent.

MULCH ANCHOR
Ensure ambient air temperature stays above
40˚ F (4˚ C) until product is dry, or product
performance may be impacted.
Generally, apply one coat of Mulch Anchor to
your mulch. A pump style sprayer is
recommended. When spraying, use even, broad
strokes to ensure uniform coverage. If additional
hardening of the mulch is required, additional
coats may be applied. Heavier mulch such as
pine bark or rubber mulch will require a heavier
application to properly hold in place.
Allow suicient dry time (6 - 24 hours
depending on weather conditions). Do not
apply if rain is forecast within 24 hours.
APPLY.
STONE+ GLOSS &
STONE+ MATTE
for natural stone & clay brick pavers
Generally, apply one coat of sealer to natural
stone and clay brick pavers. If the surface is
more porous, a second coat may be required.
Ensure smooth application of sealer at the
coverage rate of 400-800 square feet per
gallon per coat with a sprayer. Very porous
surfaces (e.g., flagstone) will get a coverage rate
up to 400 square feet per gallon per coat; less
porous surfaces (e.g., travertine) will get up to
800 square feet per gallon per coat. Previously
sealed surfaces and very dense surfaces may
only need one coat of sealer. Refer to our
Porosity Test on our website.
Allow 1 hour between coats. DO NOT HEAVILY
APPLY. Allow suicient dry times: 24 hours
before significant foot traic, and at least
24 - 48 hours before any vehicular traic on
freshly sealed surfaces.

SG+, LG+ & NG+
Generally, apply two coats of sealer to concrete
pavers and one coat to decorative concrete.
Ensure smooth application of sealer at the
coverage rate of 250-400 square feet per
gallon per coat with a sprayer. Very porous
surfaces will get a coverage rate up to 250
square feet per gallon per coat (and more than
two coats may be required); very dense
surfaces will get up to 400 square feet per
gallon per coat. Previously sealed surfaces and
very dense surfaces may only need one coat of
sealer. Refer to our Porosity Test on our website.
For even coverage and best results, back-roll
to smooth out excess product. The deeper the
surface texture, the higher the nap roller you will
need (generally a 3/8”-3/4” nap is suicient).
Allow 1 hour between coats. Rolling instead of
spraying will result in significantly less coverage
rates. See Technical Data Sheet for more details.
Allow suicient dry times: 24 hours before
significant foot traic, and at least 24 - 48
hours before any vehicular traic on freshly
sealed surfaces.
