z A few water drops may form inside the cooler if it has been cool-
ing for a lengthy period. This is normal because the moisture in
the air condenses to water when the temperature in the cooler
falls. The cooler is not defective. Wipe it out with a dry cloth if
necessary.
z Do not touch exposed cables with your bare hands. This espe-
cially applies when operating the device with the AC mains:
danger of fatal injuries!
z The manufacturer cannot be held liable for damage resulting
from improper usage or incorrect operation.
2 Intended use
The cooler is suitable for cooling foodstuffs. The device is also suitable for
camping.
The device is designed for operation on:
z A 12 V DC vehicle-electrics socket of a car (e. g. cigarette lighter), boat or
caravan.
z A 220–240-V AC mains supply

Caution!
If you wish to cool medicines, please check if the cooling capacity
of the device is suitable for the medicine in question.
The handle has a locking function, which means that the lid will only open
when the handle is folded all the way back.

Caution!
When opening the lid, make sure that the lugs on the side of it au-
dibly and completely latch into the handle, which is folded all the
way back, in order to prevent the lid from snapping shut.
