➤ Make sure that a power supply line is available for electrical actuation of the
Midi Heki in the vehicle.
➤ Make sure that the power supply line is fused with 10 A (slow-blow).

➤ Before installation, check whether the roof hole needs reinforcing.
➤ Remove the foam according to the width of your reinforcing rails (not in scope of
delivery) (A).
➤ Fit the reinforcing rails (B).

The scope of delivery includes a mounting frame, which is suitable for a roof thick-
ness of 30 – 34 mm. For a roof thickness of 25 – 29 mm and 35 – 60 mm, you need
to have a suitable mounting set (see table).
