6.4 Thaw
➤ Place the food in the oven and close the door.
➤ Press the button and enter the required thawing time for the weight of the
frozen food or the particular type of food involved as given in the following table:
➤ Press the button, to start the defrosting program.
✓ Upon completion of the defrosting program, the display shows “READY” and
you hear three consecutive signal tones.

300 g 14 minutes
500 g 18 minutes
NOTE
The given thawing times are guide values. The actual thawing time
required is dependent on the type of food involved and its water content
(meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, bread, etc.). The higher the content of
water in the food, the more time is required for thawing. To distribute
the heat evenly, turn the food over or around during the thawing
process.
